Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health

Tara Hope is a Registered Clinical Counsellor licensed with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree and Bachelors degrees in Honours Psychology and Education, respectively.


Parent Consultation

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Tara is able to provide consultations for clients seeking guidance as parents of children with a number of challenges (e.g., bipolar disorder, ADHD, estrangement, addiction, behaviour, etc.).


Artist's Way Group

These are NOT counselling or therapy groups. Tara's skills and background as a counsellor and former teacher will help to create a cohesive, welcoming, and effective space for participants to learn and share with each other as they work through Julia Cameron's self-help book for overcoming inhibition and self-consciousness as creatives.

Tara is an experienced Educator, School Counsellor, and Registered Clinical Counsellor (License #11323) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
